Service Coordinator – Join the Flaman Team
Do you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting a busy team, and making sure customers have a great experience? Flaman is looking for a Service Coordinator to help keep our service department running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule service work, book appointments, and create accurate work orders with customer and equipment info
- Be the first point of contact for customers — addressing questions, concerns, and providing clear communication
- Track warranty claims and follow up with suppliers until resolved
- Coordinate logistics and yard equipment for maintenance and repair
- Finalize work orders, collect payments, and assist with maintaining shop supplies
- Support the service team by ensuring technicians have work lined up and the flow stays on track
- Work with other departments to support alignment and a great customer experience
- Help monitor service performance with weekly reviews and safety meetings
