Location: Woodstock, Ontario

We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to help manage a busy rural household in the Woodstock area. The home is active and family-run, with children present, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a family environment while maintaining independence in their work.

This is more than a housekeeping role — it’s a diverse, independent position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, outdoor work, and taking initiative.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain the main home and family-operated small business buildings
• Light meal prep (basic meals or ingredient prep)
• General yard work, including cutting grass and seasonal outdoor upkeep
• Basic oversight of the property when the family is away (e.g., house checks, farm animal care)
• Support with day-to-day operations of the home (e.g., organization, supply restocking, errands)
• Light animal care — feeding/check-ins (no training or vet care required)
• Light childcare may be required

Ideal Candidate:

• Lives in or near Woodstock, Ontario
• Has experience working independently in homes, farms, or rural properties
• Is organized, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., yard work, cleaning, grass cutting)
• Familiarity with farm life is a strong asset
• Previous housekeeping or home/property care experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with general outdoor work or light farm responsibilities
