Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative based in Canada to join our remote sales team. This role is focused on directly identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities across Canada. You will be responsible for expanding the Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer Network by building relationships with automotive businesses, introducing them to our program, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential automotive businesses across Canada
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
• Educate prospects on the Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer Program and its value proposition
• Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract execution
• Build and manage a growing book of prospective Elite Dealer accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• 2 or more years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or territory growth
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and hit performance targets
• Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote sales pipeline
• Able to build and manage your own book of business with consistency and ownership
• CRM experience preferred
• Background in the automotive industry is a plus

** Compensation**

This role offers competitive pay plus uncapped commission. High performers can earn well into six figures. All tools, training, and support are provided.
