Position Overview – Read Carefully Before Applying

We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professionalsto join our growing team. This is a commission-only, 100% performance-based role. As an independent sales representative, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, engaging homeowners, and closing deals.

Income Potential – Your earnings are uncapped, meaning the harder you work, the more you make. Top reps earn $10,000+ per month and even more if they build a team.

Leadership Opportunities – If you excel, you can build your own sales team and earn overrides on their sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Find your own leads through door-to-door sales, networking, and local outreach.
• Educate homeowners on solar energy benefits, cost savings, and available incentives.
• Qualify properties for solar installation and close sales.
• Track leads and sales in CRM tools.
• Work independently in your assigned territory.

Who We’re Looking For

• Self-starters who don’t need to be micromanaged.
• Resilient salespeople who can handle rejection and keep going.
• Entrepreneurs who want to own their success and potentially build a team.
• People with sales experience (preferred but not required).

What You Need to Know

• This is NOT a salaried job. You are paid ONLY on commission.
• You must be comfortable with cold outreach and generating your own leads.
• You control your income – put in the work, and you can make great money.
• Must have a vehicle to travel in your territory.
