Career Opportunity
We are looking for a Coordinator, Training to join our Operations Training Centre Team!
What You Will Do
The Coordinator, Training is responsible for providing various training related administrative support and assistance in creating and coordinating training courses and enrolments. You will maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and co-ordinate various in-house training programs. In addition, you will be responsible for liaising with external training suppliers/vendors and reconciling billing information.
- You will co-ordinate and administer various in-house training programs.
- Receive, review and co-ordinate department requests for customized training.
- Assist employees on their individual training needs.
- Acts as a contact with external training contractors and ensures compliance with contract terms training needs.
- You will coordinate and schedule all courses and training classes.
- Coordinate attendance for training with employees and/or with departmental contacts.
- Maintain and input employee training information (in-house, external) on the LMS.
- Attends SAP/Subject Matter Experts Meetings and completes regression & user acceptance testing and makes recommendations to implement changes.
- Develops & implements various monthly training reports for departments and updating KPI’s.
- Liaises with Managers/supervisors and employees to ensure training requirements are met.
- Facilitates a Program Overview session for the participants.
- Identifies Program graduates and distributes Certificates for various training courses.
- Reviews new courses for inclusion in the Training Calendar.
- Schedules Instructors with the vendor.
- Determines employee eligibility for courses based on prerequisites.
- Coordinates and monitors employee attendance with departmental contacts.
- Distributes certificates to employees and departmental work locations.
- Generates information reports on training course usage.
- You will be required to participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?
- Your educational background will include completion of a University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent which is integral and will contribute to the success in this role.
- Your application will demonstrate good working knowledge of PCs and software applications relevant to the work including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP LMS, etc. and other databases.
