As a Concierge at Aspira Traditions of Durham Retirement Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and their families. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting residents and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assisting residents with inquiries and requests.
- Coordinating activities and events for residents.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a retirement living or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of local community resources.
