We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, product features, and promotions
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Accurately complete all sales documentation
- Comply with OMVIC and dealership sales policies
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC license (required)
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience is an asset (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as required
