About Partners in Credit Inc
Partners In Credit Inc. (PIC) is a privately owned and operated Canadian corporation that specializes in third party collection services. Our primary focus is on serving various sectors including Federal and municipal governments, health and social services, utilities, and banking. We are experienced in collecting federal fines, provincial offence fines, parking tickets, social services fees, parks and recreation fees, fire services fees, police services fees, medical transport fees, as well as personal loans and commercial accounts receivables.
For the past 35 years, PIC has had the honor of serving as the representative for Canada's most esteemed brands. Our mission has been to help these brands achieve their financial recovery goals through exceptional performance and superior customer service. Our esteemed clientele includes the top five Financial Institutions in Canada, the Federal Public Prosecution Services, and 12 primary assignment POA portfolios.
Operating as a Portfolio Management company, PIC is divided into specialized divisions that employ customized collection strategies, product-specific training programs, experienced licensed resources, digital communication strategies, advanced employee workforce analytical software, and complete operational support. We cater to 6 niche markets (Commercial, Finance, Government, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Utilities), valuing each client as our top priority. Our success stems from providing high-quality service and performance to a select few, rather than adopting a mass quantity approach at the lowest commission rate.
