Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including residential and commercial. This role requires proficiency with a brush, roller and sprayer. The Painter/Laborer will work closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, caulking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- A background in carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Additional pay:

- Weekends as needed

- Painting: 2 years (preferred)
