Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating of the Human Resources Shared Service Center which is responsible for recording the transactions of unionized and non-unionized employees in the SAP system and being the first point of contact between employees and the various partners, internal and suppliers. This person must ensure the reliability and relevance of the data and follow up on the files used with the various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Coordinates CSP operations for employees across Canada, including Senior Management;
-
Coordinates the work of 5 HR technicians;
-
Ensures the quality and integrity of HR data in accordance with the needs of the business;
-
Collaborates with the Department Manager on the integration of HR / payroll data;
-
Point of contact for problematic situations related to customer service ;
-
Identifies the problems, proposes solutions for the application of the clauses of collective agreements and answers second-level questions concerning their application;
-
Coordinate exchanges between the HR and RT team of Air Transat and payroll as well as the technical team of SAP;
-
Ensures the proper application of policies and procedures;
-
See to the development and maintenance of the ticket platform by acting as a functional owner;
-
Improves and optimizes the center’s processes, procedures and tools in order to ensure efficiency;
-
Ensure the administrative and technical management (SAP HR) of employee files;
-
Ensure the proper management of the various benefit programs (group insurance, RRSPs, travel benefits, etc.) in collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholders;
-
Manages the various annual processes such as sick leave, vacation carry-over, internship credits, etc;
-
Produce seniority lists for unionized groups, according to the requirements of each collective agreement;
-
Produce, analyze and distribute various reports (vacation, headcount, provisions, bank balance, etc.);
Qualifications
-
DEC in accounting, administration or any other related discipline;
-
Five years of relevant experience in benefits program administration (group insurance, RRSPs, payroll and/or policy administration);
-
Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);
-
Knowledge of the HR module of SAP or an integrated human resources management system (an asset);
-
Excellent knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software;
-
Thoroughness, efficiency and high level of organization;
-
Ability to perform well on different files simultaneously in a high volume environment;
-
Customer orientation, autonomy and very good team spirit;
-
Oral and written fluency in French and English *
Additional Information
Office attendance is required once a week (300 Léo-Pariseau, Montreal or 5959 côte-vertu, Dorval).
- A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
