As a Member Experience Administrator, you’ll play a key role to the team, by providing support to our Member Experience Team. You’ll deliver administrative and program support while implementing and supporting the delivery of Member Experience programs.
What you’ll do:
- Track and submit invoices, consolidate, report and reconcile departmental expenses
- Support organizational initiatives such as distributing campaign material, completing mail merges, assisting with database maintenance and processing sponsorship requests.
- Performs reception duties at the Affinity Campus including welcoming visitors and directing deliveries to the appropriate department.
- Provides administrative and planning support to community and marketing initiatives and may coordinate and set-up for events and activations.

What you’ve got:
- High school diploma, plus 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience
- Working knowledge of office administration in a community or marketing environment
- Working knowledge of website administration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
