The Inside Sales Representative will build instant rapport with customers while actively listening in order to determine their needs. The Inside Sales Representative develops new leads, communicates with customers, positions solutions, and ensures a smooth sales process. Fluency in English is required as we also service clients outside of the Quebec Region. Bilingual fluency with French or Spanish would be considered an asset.

What you'll do:
Inside Sales:

  • Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior family or increasing their footprint with us.
  • Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the sale
  • Manage your funnel through active follow up.
  • Contribute to customer retention though top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.
  • Feed the commercial sales team funnel, by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow up by the right expert.
  • Work with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers get a great onboarding experience.
  • Work independently yet collaboratively with other team members.

Outbound Sales:

  • Prospecting new customers and identifying ideal leads, crafting personalized follow up and/or cold outreach (via email, DM, or outbound calls)
  • Managing sales funnels using CRM

What you bring:

  • Three years of experience working with customers; sales experience considered an asset
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hunter mindset to qualify new leads, and resilience to handle rejection
  • Customer focused relationship builder
  • Persuasive communication skills by phone and email
  • Tech saavy with solid computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce, social media) and quick to learn new applications
  • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish? We’re actively looking for bilingual reps!
