Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Manager, Technology Solutions - DXP to lead the development, execution, and management of enterprise web and mobile applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), RedHat (ARO), React, React Native, and Next.js. This role combines strategic solution management with technical leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing performance and scalability.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Management & Strategy:
- Manage a multi-skilled team responsible for the entirety of the DXP ecosystem (including Adobe AEM) through its lifecycle, from design, delivery, operations, continual improvement, to support.
- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the overall business strategy and technology roadmap to evolve the Adobe AEM ecosystem.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with overall technical strategy.
- Guide the team in implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and Headless CMS.
- Lead the development and architecture of web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js.
- Provide hands-on coding and mentorship to developers on best practices, component architecture, and performance optimization.
DevOps & CI/CD:
- Work with DevOps teams to ensure automated testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and cloud deployments.
- Optimize build processes and release cycles for mobile apps in the App Store and Google Play Store.
Performance Optimization & Best Practices:
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across different devices and platforms.
- Improve mobile performance through efficient state management, offline support, and native module optimizations.
Code Quality & Governance:
- Enforce code quality, maintainability, and security standards across all projects.
- Conduct code reviews, technical deep dives, and troubleshooting to ensure bug-free and high-performance applications.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal best practices guidelines.
Operations & People Management:
- Manage the day-to-day product activities of the team and integrate work into product backlogs.
- Ensure proactive and reactive problem management across all delivery teams.
- Support career development, performance evaluation, and people management within the team.
Delivery & Continuous Improvement:
- Advise and lead product teams on Agile practices, processes, and overall approach to executing product delivery quickly and with quality.
- Drive improvement using hypothesis, experimentation, measurement, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure teams actively seek out opportunities for improvement and provide ongoing maintenance and support to adapt to changing business requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
- Engage with relevant stakeholders in the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure appropriate signoffs are obtained at the correct stages (e.g., Architecture, IT security, Infrastructure, and Product teams).
- Maintain operational and support requirements.
What you have to offer:
Your Experience and Resume Will Show Us:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management and technical leadership, preferably with a focus on digital content management systems or web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM, including implementation, customization, and management of AEM projects.
- Strong understanding of React, React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and cloud deployments (Azure).
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent understanding and awareness of ITIL processes and tools.
- Business acumen coupled with a good understanding and awareness of the technology enabling the team's business functional area.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Nice to have: Certification in Adobe AEM or related Adobe products
- Negotiation skills.
