This position offers a competitive salary of $58,000 – $63,000 annually, along with a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits. Your Role
- Process an average of 30 invoices daily against issued purchase orders and ensure they are entered into customer ERP systems within 5–7 days.
- Validate 14 invoices weekly, ensuring correct application against POs.
- Track variances between invoices and PO values, investigate discrepancies, and notify internal teams.
- Collaborate with IT on system integrations and upgrades.
- Use ERP systems to generate AR reports and assist with processing customer payments.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, payables, or a related field
- High school diploma
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
