Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or catering environments.
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques, including chopping, grilling, baking, and sautéing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
