Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Smiling Lawn is one of the fastest-growing lawn care companies in the GTA, known for quality service and a strong reputation. We're expanding and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team – with opportunities to grow into supervisory roles quickly.

Your Role:
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field talking to homeowners, building trust, and helping people find the right lawn care solution. If you're motivated, confident, and enjoy talking to people, this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Going door-to-door to speak with potential clients
• Educating customers on our programs and services
• Building real relationships and closing deals
• Following up with leads and providing great customer support
• Helping shape the future of our sales team

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Have experience in sales (especially door-to-door or outdoor sales)
• Are strong communicators and natural persuaders
• Are goal-oriented and self-driven
• Have a vehicle and are available full-time
• Want to build something and grow with it

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position – meaning you control your income. Top reps are consistently closing deals and earning well above average. We offer training, support, and leadership opportunities for those who perform.

Pay: $50.00-$200.00 per day
