The Blueprint
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the company’s day-to-day operational and administrative functions. This position is responsible for coordinating relief staffing, maintaining site communication and ensuring the accuracy of operational reporting and compliance tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with teams to support smooth workflows.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
- Staffing & Coverage Coordination: Manage relief staffing, vacation coverage, urgent requests, and timesheet processing.
- Operations & Communication: Attend weekly meetings, share updates, and maintain SharePoint data.
- Financial Tracking: Handle chargebacks, billing, and coverage cost analytics.
- Compliance Management: Update licensing records and ensure staff compliance with CMRAO requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, special projects, and vendor coordination.
The Architect of Your Success
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration support, workforce scheduling or similar roles.
- Experience with digital tools such as Yardi, Conduit, Dayforce and SharePoint for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
