Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time (Evenings & Weekends Required)

Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting a dynamic sales team? Join us as a Sales Associate and play a key role in guiding homebuyers through their purchase journey with professionalism and precision.

About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with our sales consultants to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, informed, and positive. This role blends top-notch customer service, administrative accuracy, and sales process support to create an outstanding homebuying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the start of their homebuying journey
  • Clearly explain Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) details and processes
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support customers in understanding key dates and document requirements
  • Prepare and review deal packages accurately and on time
  • Identify and communicate potential deal issues proactively
  • Help launch sales campaigns and manage lead generation efforts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track deal progress
  • Coordinate APS signing, deposits, and legal documentation
  • Collaborate with legal, mortgage, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Stay current on incentives, site plans, inventory, and pricing
  • Open, close, and maintain the sales floor each day conduct safety checks, tidy displays, and ensure the space is pristine and tour‑ready
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments to every visitor, creating a warm, hospitality‑driven experience
  • Monitor and restock customer‑facing areas, keeping refreshment stations, marketing collateral, and display materials fully stocked and inviting

You will bring:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role within a residential home builder environment
  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
  • Warm, polished, and professional communication style
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in sales operations
