Position: Sales Representative – Landscaping & Construction
Location: Sherwood Park
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive base + commission (based on experience & performance)

You’ll work directly with our owner, a top-tier sales expert with years of success under his belt—ready to mentor and collaborate with the right person who’s hungry to level up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling residential and commercial landscaping and construction services
• Meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and building tailored proposals
• Educating clients on options and upselling value-added services
• Following up with leads and managing customer relationships from first contact to close—and beyond
• Collaborating with our field crews to ensure what’s promised is what’s delivered
• Keeping CRM and sales reporting up to date
• Representing our brand with pride, professionalism, and a smile
