Tes principales tâches en tant que Chef Programmeur CNC chez-nous seront :

· Implanter nouveau logiciel de programmation et de simulation virtuelle.

· Implanter une structure organisée entre la programmation et la production;

· Effectuer la programmation des machines-outils à contrôle numérique sur multiaxes;

· Déterminer le montage optimal pour les séquences d'usinage requises;

· Créer, classer, et assurer la conformité des programmes aux exigences des produits à usiner;

· Valider le respect des dimensions sur les dessins techniques;

· Définir les méthodes et la conception 3D des étapes d’usinage;

· Connaissances approfondit de la programmation du palpeur (Probing);

· Connaissances en usinage de trains d’atterrissage (un atout);

· Connaissances approfondit des outils de coupes;

Ton profil :

· DEC ou Attestation d'études collégiales en génie mécanique comprenant des cours en programmation pour usinage CNC ou toute combinaison de scolarité et d'expérience jugée équivalente;

· Fort Leadership pour implanter et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d’usinage;

· Connaissances d'Autocad et de Catia v5;

· Connaissance des logiciels de programmation Esprit/NCSimul, Mastercam/Vericut;

· Connaissances langages de programmation pour automatisations des tâches;

· Sens de l'organisation et de la méthode;

· Habiletés à faires des calculs rapides, connaissances du G code approfondie

Your main tasks as a Chief CNC Programmer at us will be:
· Implement new programming and virtual simulation software.
· Implement an organized structure between programming and production;
· Perform the programming of multi-axis numerical control machine tools;
Determine the optimal assembly for the required machining sequences;
· Create, classify, and ensure compliance of programs with the requirements of the products to be machined;
Validate compliance with dimensions on technical drawings;
· Define the methods and 3D design of the machining steps;
· In-depth knowledge of probe programming (Probing);
· Knowledge of landing gear machining (an asset);
· In-depth knowledge of cutting tools;

Your profile:
· DEC or Attestation of Collegial Studies in Mechanical Engineering including courses in programming for CNC machining or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
· Strong leadership to implement and promote good machining practices;
· Knowledge of Autocad and Catia v5;· Knowledge of Esprit/NCSimul, Mastercam/Vericut programming software;
Knowledge of programming languages for task automation;
· Sense of organization and method;
· Skills in doing quick calculations, in-depth knowledge of G code;

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
