About the role
If SAP B1 was a language you’d be fluent.
We’re not looking for someone to learn SAP Business One, we’re looking for someone who’s already mastered it and is ready to drive real impact.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll be the go-to expert, strategic advisor and problem-solver across the business.
What You’ll Own:
-
Full lifecycle ownership of SAP Business One from architecture and implementation to maintenance and optimization.
-
Design, customize, and continuously improve SAP B1 workflows across Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing and Logistics.
-
Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable ERP solutions that align with business growth.
-
Lead integrations with third-party applications, add-ons and external systems (EDI, WMS, eCommerce, etc.).
-
Develop and manage Crystal Reports, SQL queries and dashboards tailored to business needs.
-
Act as an internal ERP consultant gathering requirements, documenting processes and delivering solutions that stick.
-
Provide mentorship and high-level support to super users and department heads.
-
Own SAP B1 upgrades, patch management and system performance oversight.
What You Bring to the Table:
-
5+ years hands-on experience with SAP Business One in complex, multi-department environments.
-
Proven success with SAP B1 implementations, customizations, and optimizations.
-
Deep understanding of ERP processes: finance, supply chain, inventory management, production, and reporting.
-
Strong SQL + Crystal Reports expertise; bonus if you know Boyum, TaskCentre, or Produmex.
-
History of working cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, IT and C-level stakeholders.
-
You think like a systems architect but communicate like a business partner.
-
Self-starter, critical thinker, and able to manage projects without hand-holding.
What You’ll Get:
-
A seat at the table your voice matters here.
-
Leadership that respects IT and invests in the right tools.
-
Competitive compensation, benefits and professional development support.
-
A collaborative, ego-free environment where performance speaks louder than politics.
-
Opportunity to scale and shape a growing ERP ecosystem.
Important:
This is not a remote role. You’ll be expected onsite 3 days per week, because building, collaborating and leading happens better in person.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,740.00-$65,269.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- Dental care
- Paid time off
- Vision care
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Programming: 1 year (preferred)
