Community Support Coordinator
About the role
The Role
We’re building state-of-the-art AI coaching technology.
Our goal is to revolutionize coaching in sports - eSports and the real world - by leveraging the latest in data and AI, making coaching affordable and accessible to every child, hobbyist, and athlete. We’re starting in gaming and eSports, then taking our technology to the next level in the real world.
Approx. 10-20 hr/week
Things You'll Do
- Monitor and moderate our Discord server and partner communities (engage with comments, assist with questions, escalate issues)
- Respond to players across our other social media channels
- Manage incoming support tickets and bug reports
- Log, tag, and surface insights from community conversations and feedback
- Help with data entry and basic analysis of player feedback, survey results, or support logs
- Assist with internal documentation and support processes
- Tinker with automation tools (Zapier, bots, webhooks, etc.) to make things smoother
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to reflect the voice of the player
What We're Looking For
- You’re familiar with Rocket League (bonus if you’ve used trophi.ai)
- You’ve been active in game communities (modding, creating content, or managing)
- You’re organized and responsive, nothing falls through the cracks
- You’re curious and tech-comfortable: spreadsheets, forms, bots, simple scripts, etc.
- You enjoy chatting with players, solving issues, and improving systems
- You’re comfortable with asynchronous work and working across time zones
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience moderating or managing a community on Discord or Reddit
- Some familiarity with tools like: Zapier, and Google Sheets
- Customer support experience (Jira)
- An eye for automation, pattern spotting, or light data analysis
