As the Senior Director, Data Engineering and Calgary Innovation Lab Lead, you will be responsible for leading the data engineering team and driving innovation within the Calgary Innovation Lab. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of data engineering solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.
- Leading a team of data engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensuring the scalability and performance of data systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data engineering and management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
