Job Description
- Join us at ProviderSoft! We are a web-based commercial SaaS company serving clients in the Early Childhood Development field, including Early Intervention, Preschool, and ABA Programs. Gain real-world marketing experience with us as a Marketing Intern. You will be working to assist with Lead Generation, Market Research, and Social Media Management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Surveys: Call/email directory contacts and administer program questionnaire
- Market Research: Research and catalog information on potential leads and competitors
- CRM and Lead Management: Input leads and update lead statuses into our CRM; enter program details from questionnaire into CRM
- Marketing Email Management: Compile directory information for email marketing software
- Social Media Management: Research and log potential articles in addition to posting them on social media pages
- Photo Library Management: Research and add relevant market photos to library
- Event Management: Research and identify industry conferences for ProviderSoft to attend
Requirements:
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
- Demonstrate a Customer Service focus and attitude, and good interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism
- Computer and software savvy: familiarity with multiple programs, browsers, recording and screen sharing tools, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail; willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Extreme discipline in working in a telecommuting environment; ability to work independently in an effective and productive manner.
- Must have a working computer and a reliable and speedy internet connection.
