Spa Associate Job Opening Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Dixie location is currently seeking local candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services.

We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. The job is ideal for somebody looking to establish a career in Spa Management. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal, but not required.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary
• Operating Laundry Machines, putting in linen to wash, dry and fold.
• Maintaining the spa and washrooms clean
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Be a team player
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
• Ability to multitask

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
