Job Title: Registered Psychotherapist (Part-Time)
Location: West End Women’s Health – Etobicoke

West End Women’s Health is an integrative natural health clinic located in Bloor West Village, Toronto. We are dedicated to providing multidisciplinary, natural, wellness services with a focus on women’s health across all stages of life. Our collaborative team includes Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Massage Therapists, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Psychotherapists, all committed to supporting our clients’ holistic health and wellness.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team at our Etobicoke location. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a practitioner looking to grow or establish their practice within a supportive, collaborative wellness setting.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in one or more evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as talk therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or other client-centred approaches.

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals (primarily adults, with a focus on women’s health)
- Maintain clear and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and presenting concerns
- Collaborate with other clinic practitioners to support holistic care plans
- Uphold professional ethics, boundaries, and standards of care
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Professional liability insurance in place
- Training and experience in one or more of the following: CBT, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or somatic approaches
- Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting is an asset
- A commitment to inclusive, client-centred, and trauma-informed care
Schedule:
Part-time, with flexible scheduling options including evening and/or weekend availability.
Compensation:
Competitive, fee-split compensation model
All administrative services, booking systems, and client supplies included
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $54.41-$131.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
