- Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of 250 high-value PVIP players.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with PVIP players to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand the unique needs, preferences, and playing habits of each PVIP player to provide personalized support and assistance.
- Proactively communicate with PVIP players through digital channels (emails/texts) to offer personalized assistance, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless and positive player experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the PVIP experience through tailored promotions, bonuses, and exclusive offers.
- Actively work to up-sell players and increase their wallet share on the Legendz platform, with the goal of developing them to a level where they can be transitioned to an Account Manager.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, including player lifetime value, purchase and redemption activity, net purchase value, and engagement rates, to identify trends and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Promote and educate PVIP players about the loyalty program, its benefits, and how to maximize their rewards.
- Gather player feedback and insights to continuously improve the PVIP program and enhance the overall experience.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of PVIP players within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and concerns are addressed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the social casino industry, including competitor activities, to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide recommendations to the management team based on market insights and player feedback to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For (requirements)
While junior-level candidates are acceptable, experience in customer service, sales, or account management (ideally in gaming, social casino, or a related industry) would be beneficial.
Previous experience managing high-value accounts or VIP clients, even in other sectors, would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Comfort with digital communication channels (email, text) and maintaining a professional yet personable tone.
Ability to articulate personalized support and resolve issues effectively.
Strong understanding of player behavior metrics and the ability to analyze trends, such as lifetime value, net purchase value, and engagement rates.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is a plus
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Empathy and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and increasing player wallet share.
Comfortable working toward revenue growth targets and achieving goals related to player development.
