Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our pediatric patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for both children and their families. The CDA will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and support the overall efficiency of the dental practice.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared.
- Record patient medical histories and update treatment plans in the electronic health record system..
- Maintain sterilization protocols for instruments and workspaces in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for record management and scheduling.
Experience
- One or more years of Previous experience as r dental assistant is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
