This is an opportunity to join a people-centered Change Management team to support a digital transformation that will enable OMERS Capital Markets, Total Portfolio Management, and Corporate Finance functions to deliver on our pension promise. Our team is at the early stages of defining a strategic roadmap, and the selected individual will be a key member of the team that will work with our internal partners to understand their needs and deliver outcomes, with excellence. This role joins a team on a journey, with significant future potential in a global, sophisticated, and complex enterprise.

**General Summary:**To support change management work for Operation Daybreak by:
B uilding communication artifacts for teams impacted by Daybreak: (1) Capital Markets front, middle and back office teams (2) Investment Finance team (3) Risk team (4) Compliance team (5) D&T team

Supporting Change Management Lead in updating documentation on detailed change impact assessment

Building communication for change management network / super users

Owning and building program communications to broad audiences (e.g., Program Bulletin / Newsletter)

Supporting training material development

Supporting training logistics

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting

Accountable for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual data and analytics reports

Communication

Build communication artifacts for all impacted stakeholders, change network, program communications (i.e., newsletter, SharePoint)

Change Impact Assessment

Building and updating documentation on detailed change impact assessment

Training

Support training material development rollout of training (i.e., supporting logistics )

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

Prosci Certification (an asset)

Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supporting large technology-led change initiatives in the Financial Services industry
