Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Automotive Technician located in Toronto, ON at PAG Direct. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our guests.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of automotive systems.
- Proven Field Service experience, with a strong background in Customer Service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive service.
- Five years of hands-on experience as an automotive Technician.
- Three years of experience specializing in vehicle diagnostics.
