Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Proposal Coordinator in our Vancouver office to support and work in collaboration with the proposals team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team player who is able to multi-task and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Monitoring opportunities and records management.

Administration, coordination, development, and quality assurance of the proposal process.

Assisting with communication and content collection with the technical team.

Graphics and proposal layout development.

Working closely with contributors, especially technical solution teams, to edit and proof-read content and ensure all criteria is met for submission.

Assisting with preparing and updating resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate information etc.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
- 2+ years work experience in a similar role.
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality work product.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Ability to work well with others and have a collaborative attitude.
- Self-disciplined approach to establishing priorities and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines
- Responsive and confident multitasker.
- Superb editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills; with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) experience is an asset.
- Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is an asset.
