Who are we searching for?

Our high-performing team requires a Shop Dispatcher to start immediately. We are seeking an individual with the motivation and enthusiasm to work within a team, who is organized and can handle instructions from multiple managers.

The Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work through the Service Department, ensuring that all repairs have been completed and returned to the customer, following dealership standards. Additionally, all repair orders are processed daily in accordance with Factory and dealership practices, paying the technicians accordingly.

The Dispatcher upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department. As a team player, Dispatcher foster excellent relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.

Must be able to plan and control a large volume service operation. Must have a sufficient knowledge of individual technician's abilities, to make intelligent job assignments. Have a sufficient knowledge of mechanical shop repair procedures, to ensure that proper time flagging is accomplished. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and administrative skills.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
