Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is looking for Restaurant Manager.

Location: 2505 Eversyde Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2Y 5G8

For your success, you will receive certified training from Popeyes which will allow you to carry out tasks under Popeyes Standards & Procedures.

Our Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager and are responsible for running a smooth operations while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant. You will be responsible for training and grooming employees and ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our guests.

What to expect in your role as a Restaurant Manager

  • Analyze P&L results and control food and labour costs
  • Execute Restaurant Evaluation action plan
  • Execute Customer Feedback action plan
  • Develop skills of assistant managers and the team
  • Recruits, Hire, Train and Retain Employees
  • Ability to jump in and assist where needed
  • Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
  • Ensure all Municipal and Provincial health and Safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Ordering supplies and managing and tracking repairs and maintenance
  • Establishes positive culture in the organization

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs of weight. You should be able to work on your feet for a minimum of 7 hours. Candidates must have flexible schedule availability.

Soft skills required: Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multi-task. Previous Management customer service and food experience is an asset.
