Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (SHARE) is an eight-year volunteer cooperation initiative funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and implemented by Cuso International. Operating across nine countries in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, SHARE aims to improve the economic and social well-being of the poorest and most marginalize, particularly women and girls, by strengthening the capacity of local development partners through Canadian volunteer engagement, small grants, and technical support.

As the project progresses beyond its midterm, we are seeking a MEAL Consultant to enhance and streamline its planning, reporting, and performance measurement systems to ensure greater coherence and alignment with GAC’s expectations.

The consultant will report to the SHARE Senior Program Manager and receive technical guidance from the Lead, Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA). Collaboration with project staff across SHARE’s operational countries will be required.
