Summary

Provide administrative support to the Montreal office by assisting with the management of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Montreal office by assisting with the management of daily operations.
  • Maintain and accurately file all correspondence received by mail or email.
  • Create and send claim notifications.
  • Answer and redirect calls.
  • Greet consumers, accept payments, and issue receipts.
  • Manage automated call campaigns (Dialer).
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Manage office supplies and order products when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks in support of human resources.
  • Demonstrates discretion and judgment;
  • Good administrative skills, data entry, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel software.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and common sense.

Requirements

  • Write & Speak in English and French
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
