Service Advisor – Join the Flaman Team
Do you thrive on helping people and solving problems? Flaman is looking for a Service Advisor who’s passionate about customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for service customers — in person, over the phone, and online
- Schedule and coordinate service work with the technician team
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and costs
- Create and maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Ensure a smooth workflow and top-tier customer experience
