Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Guelph, ON. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support through account management and organic growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing a positive Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • 3-5 years Experience in a similar role is needed.
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are valued
