Tru Inc is seeking a Tech Lead. We have one (1) full-time position available with an immediate start. This position reports to the Head of Delivery.

This is a hybrid role; with travel to the client’s office located in Mississauga.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and play a pivotal role in improving and supporting Tru's digital products and platforms. You’ll lead Agile delivery, provide architectural direction, and serve as a subject matter expert in identity and access management and enterprise system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Leadership:

• Act as the technical expert in product domains and guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Provide architectural and design support for product teams, ensuring alignment with business and technology requirements.
• Bring deep knowledge in identity and access management, ideally including experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya).

Operations & Agile Delivery:

• Oversee daily team operations and ensure effective backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Champion Agile practices and mentor teams in DevOps methods and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as Daily Scrums and Retrospectives.

Design & Continuous Improvement:

• Provide input on solution design and architecture, aligning with long-term technical strategy.

• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback loops, and technical mentorship.

• Support release planning, change management, and service optimization across the product lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement & Testing:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture, to ensure solutions are aligned and approved.
• Ensure the completion of all testing and service readiness requirements.
• Help define and implement sustainable service maintenance models.

What You’ll Bring (Including Experience):

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with recent experience in technical leadership roles.
• Experience with identity and access management systems (SAP CDC / Gigya preferred).
• Proven success in leading Agile teams, including coaching on DevOps and delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools (e.g., Service, Change, Release Management).
• Agile or Scrum certification is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
