What the job involves
- The Stripe Billing Invoicing team is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, user-friendly invoicing system that helps businesses manage their revenue efficiently
- We design solutions that streamline the invoicing process, ensure compliance with global regulations, and provide valuable insights to our users
- Our work directly impacts how businesses interact with their customers and manage their cash flow
- As a Product Designer on the Billing Invoicing team, you'll work on creating intuitive and powerful invoicing experiences that cater to businesses of all sizes and complexities
- This role will require you to balance the needs of various user segments, prioritize improvements based on user feedback and business goals, and contribute to Stripe's vision of providing best-in-class invoicing solutions
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and strategy partners to define and execute on the product vision for Stripe Invoicing
- Prototype and iterate on solutions for key touchpoints in the invoicing journey
- Collaborate with teams across Stripe to craft a seamless dashboard experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
