Director of Sales 📍 Location: Burnaby, BC

💰 Compensation: $150,000 – $155,000 base + 40% performance bonus

The Role As Director Of Sales You Will ✅ Lead and develop a team of dealer sales representatives , coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.

✅ Drive developer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales , growing relationships and securing new business.

✅ Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams , ensuring a seamless customer experience.

✅ Execute a strategic sales plan , identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership , ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.

What We’re Looking ForSales & Leadership Expert – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.

Closer & Negotiator – Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.

Strategic Thinker – Ability to adapt to a changing sales landscape and implement new approaches.

Industry Experience – Must have experience in premium, value-driven sales (sector experience is flexible).

Change Leader – Able to shift mindsets, influence behaviour, and elevate sales performance.
