About The Role Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Coordinator plays an essential role in managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. You’ll work closely with project leads and managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the goals of the organization
What You’ll be Doing
- Assist with developing project documentation including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans
- Coordinate meetings and maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assign and track project tasks to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Monitor progress and prepare regular updates and reports for project teams and stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed
- Organize and manage project files such as reports, contracts, and invoices
- Support process improvement by documenting lessons learned and recommending updates to tools and workflows
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements and support impact measurement and evaluation activities
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project coordinator role
- Experience in a nonprofit, education, or research environment is an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and platforms
- Experience with planning and managing budgets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and tools such as Zoom, JotForm, and SurveyMonkey Apply
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias is an asset

La Société Alzheimer est la première organisation de santé sans but lucratif qui travaille partout au Canada pour améliorer la qualité de vie des Canadiens touchés par la maladie d’Alzheimer et les maladies apparentées, et pour faire progresser la recherche sur la cause et le remède. Nous sommes situés dans chaque province du Canada et dans plus de 150 communautés locales.
Depuis 1991, La Société Alzheimer Rive-Sud est dédiée à fournir l’aide aux personnes atteintes de la maladie et leurs aidants. Cette aide provient de différentes façons.
