ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our high performing B2B sales team, part of our business development function that is central to our growth strategy and instrumental in driving more audiences into Theatre.
The candidate will maintain, develop, and execute our B2B distribution strategy and growth plans. You will have superb relationship skills and a commercial instinct to maximize sales and target growth. You will have a key part in developing our B2B strategy and pipeline of targets. We are looking for someone who can strategically and commercially developing a valuable portfolio of new clients and take exceptional care of our existing clients.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in securing new contracts with OTAs, Tour Operators and Wholesalers in key international markets, including North America, Asia, and Europe. The ideal candidate will already have a strong network in these regions and established relationships with stakeholders ranging from Sales Teams to C-suite level. A strong contact book and proven ability to navigate these markets are essential. This role requires international travel, and candidates must be willing and able to drive overseas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Being part of the Social & Content Team, you will help to execute the social & digital content strategy for multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube, and any other future platforms (i.e. Podcasts) across our London Theatre Direct and Stagedoor brands and our Trafalgar Theatre venues.

Generate rolling content plans by bringing new content ideas to grow our following, increase our engagement and ultimately work towards our ticket revenue objectives.

Plan and attend filming opportunities and photo shoots at different locations and different times, including potential in-front of camera filming.

Work with, and report to the Content & Social Media Manager reporting on campaign performance together, including recommendations and learnings for future campaigns.

Work closely with the Acquisition, Campaigns & Partnerships Teams, that form part of the wider commercial team to develop exciting content plans that support our theatre partners and our own campaigns.

The creation and manipulation of digital assets, including video, animation, images and audio.

Collaborating with third-party agencies/partners in the delivery of the team’s objectives.

Always acting in accordance with Trafalgar Entertainment’s values and ethics.

Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced, passionate sales and marketing professional with natural commercial acumen.

You have at least 5 years of experience in sales & account management with a proven track record in delivery of success.

You have an in-depth understanding of these key international markets (North America, Asia & Europe) and bring established, high-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

You bring an existing network of industry contacts and are confident engaging with stakeholders ranging from commercial teams to senior executive leadership.

You are confident in identifying the most suitable ticketing solutions for each partner and can speak knowledgeably about a range of integration options, including API connections, white label platforms, and booking portals. You are also comfortable thinking creatively to tailor solutions that meet both partner needs and business objectives.
