Expertise managing product delivery in an agile environment needed
Lead a multi-disciplinary, agile team responsible for successfully delivering prioritized work. You’ll help team leaders clarify next steps and maintain the long-term vision of products. As part of the Data Partnership group, you’ll have a primary focus on identifying and resolving barriers to help FCC’s Modern Data Community members perform their roles and achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the Data Enablement strategy that executes the foundational Data and Analytics capability
- Develop partnerships across FCC’s data community to ensure proper adoption of approved frameworks and patterns
- Implement engagement tactics with the data community, such as maintaining and updating the Data and Analytics SharePoint
- Facilitate the agile delivery process
- Collaborate with product owners on priorities and scheduling
- Manage key control processes to reduce risk
- Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete
- Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultants
- Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Knowledge of the roles and teams within the FCC Modern Data Community, including a high-level understanding of the frameworks, tools and terminology
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen for root causes of issues and work towards solutions that enable the Modern Data Community
- In-depth understanding of risk controls
- Record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
- Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
