We’re hiring for multiple frontline roles in financial services, including:

  • Member Services Representative

  • Financial Services Representative

  • Contact Centre Representative

These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and ready to grow their careers in a stable, purpose-driven industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and support clients with everyday banking needs.

  • Provide personalized advice and solutions to help Members reach their financial goals.

  • Assist with account openings, credit applications, and investment referrals.

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive branch environment.

What You Bring

  • Experience in customer service—especially in retail environments.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.

  • For advanced roles: Mutual Fund licensing is an asset (or willingness to obtain it).
