Salesforce QA Analyst – CRM Modernization
Location Address: Toronto
Hybrid (1 day/week on Wednesday. might change to more days in future)
Contract Duration: ASAP - 02/13/2026 with high possibility of Extension
• Business group: The CRM Global Technology Applications team supporting Global Banking & Markets Wholesale clients.
• Project: Salesforce CRM technology has advanced since our last major update. The goal of the Salesforce project is to digitize, modernize our Salesforce instance by enhancing frequently used workflows, connecting with 3rd party data and integrating with other internal systems. You will be responsible for working with consultants and business stakeholders to analyze, verify existing workflow and identify gaps for enhancements, system integrations required. You will remove barriers throughout the project enabling the development and deployment of quality solutions that meet these requirements
Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure application meets functional requirements.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed.
• Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integrations.
• Create impact analysis document.
• Working with the scrum team to scope and estimate work.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing as well as performance testing.
Must Have Skills:

10+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or similar

2+ years’ of recent experience with Salesforce CRM

Recent experience writing intermediate SQL queries (SoQL)
-
Experience in testing integrations with App exchange products in SF
-
Financial industry domain knowledge
Nice-To-Have Skills:
-
Financial services experience is a plus
-
Global Banking, Capital Markets experience is a plus
• Salesforce Certifications required (Salesforce Admin is a plus)
Best vs average: The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience and will be a technically proficient resource. They would be a strong in testing methodologies, who has significant experience with integration and enterprise level deliveries.
