Factors Group is a large manufacturing company, based in Coquitlam. With multiple sites across the Lower Mainland, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our night shift team in United Boulevard, 10:00pm - 6:30am. Our team and high safety standards are our main priorities, and we strive to ensure all our team members feel happy, engaged and supported, whether that is through extensive training, growth opportunities or even feeling supported by the team.
You will be responsible for driving forklifts and other mobile devices, staging materials, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Valid forklift certification and/or willingness to obtain certification.
- Confident mathematical skills and ability to calculate measurements and quantities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work night shift hours, 10:00pm - 6:30am and occasional overtime as needed.
