The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Project Manager to join our Programme Project Management Centre of Competencies (PPM CoC) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you
will be developing and deploying Project Management standards, and supporting the upskilling of our project managers.
You will be part of the PPM CoC team responsible for developing standards on the way the projects are managed in the organization and supporting the project managers in the competency development.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Key Responsibilities
Your role as Project Manager A220 PPM CoC will be to support:
- Project Management standards and referentials development
- Building the upskilling roadmap for Project Managers across Airbus Canada
Managing the relationship with the training providers for the deployment of the upskilling
roadmap

Your challenges:
Supports the definition, writing and deployment of project management standards to
continue the integration of the A220 program within the Airbus way of working.
Closely collaborate with Airbus’ Portfolio & Project Management CoC in Toulouse (France)
to benchmark with other Airbus programs various project management methodology
aspects.
- Be the A220 program’s focal point for the Program and Project Management academy.
Define with the management team the annual training roadmap for the project
management (PM) community to foster the development of the project managers.
- Coordinate training sessions with the external training supplier.
- Maintain the CoC Google site up to date.
- Be responsible for the Center of Competencies communications
Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies
Your boarding pass:
- You have a University Degree (Technical or Business) or a degree in Project Management.
- You have practical experience in Project Management.
- You have knowledge in Project Management and are familiar with the industries’ best
practices.
- You hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Asset.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a strong Customer service focus.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills and you are a good team player.
You are self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.
- You have good computer skills (Google suite).
- You must be bilingual (French & English).
