Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products. It's the bread and butter of what makes P&G such a great company to work for. If you are passionate about inventing, developing, reapplying and delivering manufacturing processes and technologies, then this role is perfect for you.
We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month co-ops, starting September 2025 at P&G’s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet.
What can you Expect?
This is an on-site role.
Based on your skills, experience and our business needs, you could be matched with the following roles in any one of our product modules:
- Operations Co-Op
- Process & Engineering Co-Op
You can expect meaningful work from Day 1 that creates real value for the company and our consumers:
- You will be given a detailed scope of work to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc.
- A Corporate and Functional onboarding to accelerate your training and development
- Integration into our affinity groups for socializing, mentorship and resources
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on your performance, we learn from each other!
