we are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Recruitment Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition efforts, with a specific focus to support

expansion for our Cardiovascular Surgery (CVS) program. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you'll be at the forefront of identifying

top talent by leveraging partnerships, social media and innovative recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning Lead consultations to assess recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies.

Use insights from social media and recruitment platforms to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Collaboration and Engagement Work closely with various departments and Medical Affairs to align recruitment

efforts. Represent TBRHSC at job fairs and events, actively engaging with potential candidates.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and track hiring progress.

Prepare business cases to secure resources and align efforts with organizational goals.

  • Compliance and Best Practices Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation, Canadian and Ontario

immigration laws, and best practices. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with these standards.

  • Fostering Inclusivity Promote an inclusive work environment that respects diversity and cultural competence.

What You Will Bring:

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

* Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

* Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.

Skills/Abilities:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and culturally competent workplace.

* Proficiency in using recruitment software and leveraging social media platforms, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint), e‑mail and calendar scheduling

* Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions.

Assets:

* As a Designated French Language Facility bilingual (French/English) communication skills are an asset.

* Experience using a computerized Human Resources/Payroll System.

Salary Range: $41.178 to 48.445
