About The Opportunity
- Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and executive team.
- Manage consolidated financial models and forecasts to support business strategy and operational initiatives.
- Partner with business unit leaders to assess financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business cases for new initiatives.
- Oversee regular reporting on financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, with variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and financial metrics to track company performance.
- Support corporate development activities, including M&A analysis, due diligence, and post-merger integration financial planning.
- Enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
- Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare Board of Directors financial materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax, and operational teams to ensure alignment in financial reporting and planning.
About You
- CPA, CFA, or MBA.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior FP&A or corporate finance roles (must have experience at the Senior Director / VP level).
- Experience working in a capital intensive environment.
- Proven experience leading FP&A functions in a complex, multi-entity, or fast-growing environment.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
